Ephesians: Walk in Love

"The Great Doxology"

In the final petition of Paul’s prayer for the Ephesians in 3:14-19, he asks God for the greatest possible blessing, “That you may be filled with all the fullness of God." What does he mean by this prayer? Following the highest petition, he moves immediately into magnificent praise. Why? As we unpack his final petition, followed at once by his remarkable doxology, we will discover more of who God is, what He is able to do, who we are in Christ, and how this must influence our own prayer life.

Do your prayers for other believers, the Church, your neighbor, our nation, and the world often lead you to doxology? Come this Sunday and see why it was this way for Paul.

Invite friends and family to worship in-person with us on Sunday at 8:00 (Chapel), 9:30 or 11:00 a.m. or online at pcpc.org/live/, the PCPC App with an iOS or Android device, or YouTube.

I therefore, a prisoner for the Lord, urge you to walk in a manner worthy of the calling to which you have been called, with all humility and gentleness, with patience, bearing with one another in love, eager to maintain the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace.

God's Missional Mercy Through the Biblical Narrative

Sundays
Fellowship Hall - A/B

Mercy is a common word we use inside and outside the church, but what does it mean from a biblical perspective? Join us this summer for an all-church Sunday Morning Community as we learn from God’s Word His plan for revealing Himself to the world through the lens of missional mercy. We will look at the four chapters of Salvation History — Creation, Fall, Redemption, Restoration — to see God's heart of mercy, His plan to redeem humans in our fallen state through mercy, and the role of mercy in His plan to restore the world.
